We know that creativity and entrepreneurship drive growth. Therefore, our goal is to support local entrepreneurs in believing and daring to invest in their businesses so that, in turn, they contribute to creating an attractive region here in northern Sweden.
Explore your business
Hangout is for those who want to explore their business and test their ideas, whether in the early stages or while balancing it alongside a job or studies. Here, you can participate in inspiring online workshops and have the opportunity to bounce ideas off a business developer and other entrepreneurs from all over northern Sweden.
Inkubator is for those who want to run their business full-time and are ready to fully commit. Here, we meet for shared online workshops, and you have the opportunity to grow within a strong network alongside other entrepreneurs. Throughout the program, you receive ongoing guidance from a personal business developer.
Develop as an Entrepreneur – Through MOSAIC
Being an entrepreneur is a lifestyle, regardless of the industry or the type of business. We aim to create sustainable entrepreneurs by fostering a strong understanding and knowledge of what it means to be an entrepreneur today. That’s why we work both individually and at the group level – and we expect you as an entrepreneur to actively participate, take responsibility for your own development, and share challenges, ideas, and feedback with others. Individual Business Coaching
You’ll have one-on-one coaching sessions with a business developer who challenges, guides, and helps you move forward. The conversations are based on an action plan that we develop at the beginning and continue to refine together during the program. During lectures and workshops, you’ll receive various tools that you can work with and discuss with your business developer.
Collective Development
In our daily lives, our social circle consists of friends and acquaintances or people with similar interests whom we can turn to when we need advice and support. Within Go Business, the idea is that the entrepreneur group should function in the same way. A mix of people with different backgrounds provide support and advice to each other to solve problems and develop their businesses. Creating a strong and inspiring community in the northern region is one of our goals because we know that a significant part of your individual development occurs through interactions with other entrepreneurs.
Collaboration with Industry Experts
Engaging with the regional business community and exchanging ideas with entrepreneurs who have both succeeded and failed in their business ventures are important components of Go Business. We invite consultants and inspirational speakers to give lectures and workshops, sharing their expertise and personal development journeys. The Incubator program concludes with Level Up, where you receive feedback from an external expert panel and an opportunity to gain new perspectives on the future of your business.
